Putting a real zip into Hallowe’en

THE ZIP of Terror is back and even more terrifying than before.

Are you brave enough to wander the haunted woods at Castlecomer Discovery Park?

The Zip is waiting for all who are brave enough

Preparations are already underway for the Hallowe’en experience.

Organisers can’t wait to lure you into haunted woodlands for a terrifying rollercoaster of frights.

On arrival those brave enough to sign up will be taken by train to Ireland’s longest zip wire.

Experienced undertakers are on hand to harness and prepare you to take a leap into the dark abyss.

Will you make it down the 308 metres to the other side?  If you do, then the fun really begins with a walk through the haunted woodlands.

Prepare to be terrified with ghosts, ghouls, the undead, and many more surprises.

This is not for the faint hearted.

“Last year was a great success and we are more excited than ever to present this event again, with lots more scares and thrills in store,” says Kathy Purcell of the Discovery Park.

The Hallowe’en experience at Castlecomer Discovery Park promises to be a spine chilling experience.

“We don’t want to give away the frights we have planned but be sure that if your haunted zip trip hasn’t petrified you enough, the walk through our woodlands will.

“We are gearing up to present Ireland’s best quality and scariest Hallowe’en experience,” Peter Van De Krol said.

Jo McCarthy, Activity Manager has found the interest growing from corporate groups.

“Many corporate groups see Hallowe’en events as great opportunities for staff nights out. The events provide the perfect combination of great fun and lots of activity.”

This is an over 12s event. Fewer than 16 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. Early booking is advised as places are limited.
