World War 1: Lest we forget

    TODAY we continue our list of brave men and woman from Kilkenny who lost their lives during World War 1.

    ON July 15 some 825 men and women will be honoured when The Kilkenny World War 1 memorial will be unveiled at the Peace Park beside the River Nore. Work is well advanced on the monument.
