The mission of the ÔRun For FunÕ programme is to empower and build the self-esteem of young people through a 12 week fitness and nutrition programme with running at its heart. Run For Fun, developed by Vhi and Irish Youth Foundation, is a pilot programme which in addition to being rolled out in Kilkenny is also being piloted in Youth Centres in Dublin and Cork.
