Things have changed a lot since we opened the doors of our first store back in 1968 on Mountjoy Square in Dublin – and ever since, we have continued to understand the needs of each and every one of our customers who have walked through our doors. We have gone from strength to strength, while always keeping our core values of exceptional customer service at the lowest prices at the forefront of our business.

Our staff consistently go the extra mile to ensure our customers leave our stores with products that are best suited to their needs, while striving to deliver the best in customer service and after-sales advice, help and support when needed.

Today we have 23 stores nationwide, all with the same ethos that we had when we first opened our doors in 1968: “To deliver superior customer service, advice, help and support to each and every one of our customers.”

We offer a nationwide delivery service that lets you choose when you receive your items straight to your door, as well as a free click & collect service that allows you to order online and pick up your items in your local D.I.D Electrical store at a time that suits you. We also provide a professional installation service to ensure your appliances are installed hassle-free and the highest standards. We also offer free recycling on all our old electrical appliances.
