FOR THE first time Savour Kilkenny will host ‘Foodoppi – A Molecular Gastronomy Demonstration’ on October 29 at 10.30am.

Presented by Aisling Larking and Louise Lennox (pic 1), this exciting demo combines food and science and shows how food and science can be a multi-sensory, hands-on learning experience.

Aisling and Louise have trained in all aspects of Molecular Gastronomy and using Liquid Nitrogen – so the live show will be something spectacular – think Heston Blumenthal.

Kid Yoga Storytelling will Akimbo Yoga will also feature for the first time with workshops hosted in the Parade Tower at Kilkenny Castle across the Savour weekend.
